Our basic mileage allowance is 200 miles per day. Renters returning from their rental that have exceeded their total mileage allowance will be charged $.30/mile for any overage. Mileage will start from and end at the pickup/drop-off for all rentals.
No charge will be assessed for reservations that are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Reservations that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the equivalent of one day’s rental on the vehicle that is reserved.
Credit/Debit card information and Driver’s License information is kept on our secure server. This information is required to make a reservation. No charge will be made on your credit card until right before your rental. An additional charge may be run at the conclusion of your rental for gas and other incidental expenses. We do not share credit card or other personal information.
The Renter (the person who signs the rental agreement) is responsible for the car for the entire duration of the rental. If the car is damaged during the rental, the Renter is personally responsible for the cost of repair (including loss of use) whether he or she caused the damage or not. A $25.00 administrative fee in addition to the cost of repairs will be charged.
Yes. In the event of an accident, the Renter’s insurance will be the primary for coverage. Additional insurance coverage may be purchased when you make your reservation if desired. The Renter may be personally liable regardless of fault and Renter’s insurance is insufficient to cover all of the damages.
Your final receipt will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of completion of the rental.
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vans at any time.
